Episode 7: Griffin Gets an Interlude (4 of 5)

Rebecca Beauvine: Delivering a Much Needed Roundhouse Kick!

Rebecca Beauvine was one of the earliest actors to be cast for the Space-Time Condominium pilot. She began her film career at the early age of 18 as a stunt person, doubling for Alyssa Milano in the 1985 Arnold Schwarzenegger blockbuster, Commando. The spotlight eluded her until, five years later, Patrick MacBlain and Milton Bradley came calling. Milton explains:

“I was a big fan of Becky… still am. Her acting chops were solid, and her martial arts expertise was an added bonus. It was unfortunate that the producers couldn’t get behind the direction we had intended for Space-Time Condo. As soon as I had the opportunity I brought Rebecca back into the fold.”

And while Scott Coles was distracted, Milton did just that. Unbeknownst to every one else, Milton harbored dangerously romantic feelings for Rebecca Beauvine, and the friction between the two only added fire to the already combustible set.
