The End of an Error Pt. 1

With this statement, Patrick MacBlain unleashed the storm that would destroy Space-Time Condominium.

“I was mocking FOX and the Herman’s Head people. I never meant to be taken seriously,” Patrick explains. “Still, I won’t forget it. One of David Gerrold’s attorneys showed up on the CHCH TV11 lot with a cease and desist. We were taken by complete surprise. Episode 9 had just aired and the show was bigger than ever. We thought we were unstoppable. (Executive Producer) Scott Coles thought Gerrold didn’t have a leg to stand on and made the call to continue production. Looking back I think that’s where the real mistake was made.”

It wasn’t long before the CHCH TV11 studio was swarming with lawyers.
