"The STC promo trail starts… with podcasts!"

So, I’m terrible at self promotion. I promised myself I’d do better by Space-Time Condo, and have been hitting the pavement with a bunch of interviews. So, if you want to hear me ramble, check out these fine podcasts. If you’re on the fence about pre-ordering the STC trade, maybe these little glimpses behind the curtain will convince you to put your money behind this aging, lame  race horse of a creator.

Viva la Condo!

"Diamond gives STC a “Staff Pick” nod!"

Big thanks to Daria Medved for picking Space-Time Condo Vol. 1 as her Staff Pick in the December 2011 Previews! Daria has been a big supporter of STC and Action Lab, and I’m tickled that she’s helping to spread the word about Space-Time Condo!

I’m working hard to finish up the bonus material for the trade, and I think you’ll all be pleased with the surprises I have planned. More next week on what the volume will include… and maybe even some preview art!

Cheers,

Dave

"Terror Tots!"

These little devils were originally going to be in a webcomic that Kevin Freeman (of Subculture fame) and I were going to do. I had sketched out a few of the main characters, and Kevin had even scripted several strips.

Then I got busy.

So like most projects I’m involved with, it got pushed to the backburner. Luckily, my Geek Savants co-host Super Ugly’s first born baby Bigby was celebrating his first birthday, and I was able to dust off my original pencil designs for Wolfie and Baby Jay. I tweaked my Wolfie sketch to look like Bigby, and after a little ink and color, Bigby had two new shirts to wear!

Eventually I’ll get back to Terror Tots. Kevin and I have been friends for years, and I can’t imagine letting this sit for too much longer.  Maybe Terror Tots will see the light of day after STC wraps next year…
